Refund policy
Provided that items have not been washed, worn, or purchased on sale, you may exchange them or request a return in the form of store credit within 14 days of receipt. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or return.
Please note: If the item is returned past the 14-day limit or does not fit our return guidelines, the item WILL NOT be eligible for return.

In-store returns:
Bring your qualified return during store hours. If you are unable to visit during store hours within the 14-day return window, you must mail your return.
Once your return is received, we will issue your store credit.
If your order was placed online, your refund will be sent via a gift card within 2–4 business days to the contact method (email/text) used during checkout.
If you do not receive your refund within 2–4 business days, please check your junk email. If you still haven't received it after 7 days from mailing your return, contact us at support@aloraboutique.com.

All sale items and all sale discount codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
